Weblog 2

In any class there are many ways the professor can successfully integrate web 2.0 apps to help the students learning process. One really helpful one is that of a gradebook. All students like to have an idea of where they stand in a class at any point in time. At JCU, blackboard is used and is very helpful for many students depending on how well the teacher uses it. It is very helpful when teachers use things like blackboard to post assignments as well as notes. This way students can know when things are due without having to call or email anyone. Teachers can also use this technology to make announcements about class. Finally, there are many teachers who use powerpoint but often move too fast in class. With an app like blackboard teachers can post these notes online so students can catch up.
